Welcome to Kiki Hair Braiding Salon. By booking an appointment, using our website, or receiving services from us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Services
Kiki Hair Braiding Salon provides hair braiding and related beauty services. All services are subject to availability, stylist availability, and confirmation of your appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service where necessary, including cases involving late arrival, unsafe conditions, disrespectful behavior, or requests outside the scope of our services.
2. Appointments and Booking
Appointments must be booked through our approved booking method on the website or through our direct business contact channels.
Your appointment is not fully secured until you receive booking confirmation. We may request a deposit before confirming certain appointments.
3. Deposits
All appointments require a deposit of %10 of the hair type price to secure your booking. The amount is required when booking so as to confirm and secure your Booking.
Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the appointment ourselves. Approved reschedules may allow the deposit to be transferred to a new appointment date, based on our policy and availability.
4. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened, adjusted, or cancelled depending on the schedule.
Late arrival may also result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee. This helps protect scheduled time for all clients.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask that you cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice. You will need to Cancel 24 hours before the appointment time and you can Reschedule 12 hours before you set appoint time
If you cancel too late or do not show up for your appointment, your deposit may be forfeited. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.
6. No-Show Policy
If you miss your appointment without notice, it will be treated as a no-show. No-show appointments may result in loss of deposit and limited future booking access.
We reserve the right to decline future appointments after repeated missed bookings.
7. Hair Preparation
Clients must arrive with hair properly prepared unless a preparation add-on has been booked. Unless otherwise stated, hair should be clean, detangled, and ready for service.
If your hair is not prepared and this affects the appointment, we may charge an additional fee, shorten the service, or reschedule the appointment.
8. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking or consultation is the price that applies to your appointment, unless changes are agreed in advance.
Payment is due at the time services are completed unless stated otherwise. We may accept card, cash, or other approved payment methods shown at checkout or in person.
9. Refund Policy
Because salon services are time-based and personal in nature, completed services are generally non-refundable.
We may review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a reasonable correction.
10. Satisfaction and Service Adjustments
We want clients to leave satisfied with their service. If there is a clear issue caused by our work, we may offer an adjustment at our discretion.
Adjustment requests must be made within 24 hours and must relate directly to the original service provided. Requests based on change of mind, normal wear, poor maintenance, or work done by another stylist after the appointment may not qualify.
11. Service Results
Hair results vary based on hair condition, length, texture, aftercare, and the style selected. We do not guarantee that every style will look identical to a reference photo.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the agreed service professionally and with care.
12. Client Conduct
We expect respectful behavior from all clients. We reserve the right to stop or refuse service if a client behaves in a threatening, abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive way.
In such cases, deposits and payments may be forfeited.
13. Children and Guests
Only the person being serviced should attend the appointment unless we approve otherwise in advance. Extra guests or unsupervised children may not be permitted due to space, safety, and scheduling concerns.
14. Health and Scalp Conditions
Please let us know before your appointment if you have scalp sensitivity, hair loss concerns, allergies, or any condition that may affect the service.
We reserve the right to refuse or modify a service if we believe it may be unsafe or unsuitable.
15. Photos and Marketing
We may take photos or videos of completed work for portfolio, social media, or marketing use. If you do not want your image or hairstyle photographed, please let us know before your service begins.
By default, hairstyle photos may be used unless you request otherwise.
16. Website Use
All content on this website, including text, branding, images, and design elements, belongs to Kiki Hair Braiding Salon unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or use website content without written permission.
We may update, remove, or change website content at any time.
17. Third-Party Links and Booking Platforms
Our website may include links to third-party platforms such as online booking tools, maps, payment processors, or social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or technical issues of third-party services.
Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kiki Hair Braiding Salon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the website, booking systems, or services.
Our total liability, where applicable, will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
